Time for the first post....
Hmmmm, and what should it be? Why not the venerable female disconnect!
As some of you may already know, the female is the one that receives the male tab. Ingenious, I Know!
It makes for a great way to create a removeable connection in a wire. Beyond that simple connective application, many times you find that they are deployed for a ground wire when a male tab is the ground. You won't need to fumble for a wrench to loosen a nut on a stud that has a ring terminal on the ground wire.
